Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member of the National Construction Industry Forum who has a material personal interest that relates to a matter being considered by the Forum must disclose the interest to the Chair.
(2) The member must not participate in any part of a meeting during which the matter is dealt with.
