Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions:
(a) a reviewable decision made by the GEMS Regulator personally;
(b) an internal review decision made by the GEMS Regulator under subsection 166(4).
(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made only by, or on behalf of, a person affected by the reviewable decision.
(3) Subsection (2) has effect despite subsection 17(1) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 .
