This Part deals with a variety of miscellaneous matters.

These include the following:

  (a)   recovery of fees payable under this Act;

  (b)   compensation for the acquisition of property;

  (c)   the GEMS Regulator's annual report;

  (d)   regular independent reviews of the operation of this Act;

  (e)   the power to make regulations.
