GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 64A

    If a reviewable decision made by the Minister or the Authority has been reconsidered under subsection   64(4), application may be made to the ART for review of the decision as affirmed, varied or substituted on reconsideration.

Note:   Sections   39M and 59G provide for review of certain other decisions by the ART.
