GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT (JUDICIAL REVIEW) ACT 2018 - SECT 23

  (1)   A contravention of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules does not affect the validity of a contract.

  (2)   For the purposes of subsection   ( 1), it is immaterial whether the contravention occurred before, at or after the comme ncement of this Act .
