GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT (JUDICIAL REVIEW) ACT 2018 - SECT 25

    Parts   2, 3 and 4 do not apply to a contravention of the relevant Commonwealth Procurement Rules that occurred before the commencement of this Act .
