Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The special account established by this section as previously in force is continued in existence under the name Housing Australia Special Account (the Account ).
Note: The special account was originally named the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation Special Account.
(2) The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
