Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAny judicial or other proceedings relating to matters arising out of the administration of the affairs of the High Court under section 17, including any proceedings relating to matters arising out of the performance of the functions or the exercise of the powers of the Chief Executive and Principal Registrar under this Act, may be instituted by or against the Commonwealth, as the case requires.
