Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Agency must give to the Minister, if required by the Minister to do so, any statistical and other information relating to clients undertaking units of study in a study period (not being information as to the name or address of a client) that the Minister reasonably requires for the purposes of this Part.
