Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for the review of a * reviewable decision that has been confirmed, varied or set aside under section 209 - 5 or 209 - 10.
(2) Despite subsection (1), an application cannot be made for the review of a decision made under paragraph 166 - 26B(2)(a) or (b) (about suitable replacement courses).
