HIGHER EDUCATION SUPPORT (HELP TUITION PROTECTION LEVY) ACT 2020 - SECT 14

    The Higher Education Provider Guidelines may prescribe one or more classes of leviable providers who are exempt from the requirement to pay one or more of the following:

  (a)   the administrative fee component;

  (b)   the risk rated premium component;

  (c)   the special tuition protection component.
