(1) If the Committee proposes to hold a hearing, it must give to the person under review written notice of the time and place proposed for the hearing.
(2) The notice must be given at least 14 days before the day of the proposed hearing.
(3) The notice must give particulars of the referred services to which the hearing relates.
(4) If the person under review is an individual (whether or not a practitioner), the notice may require the individual to appear at the hearing and give evidence to the Committee.
(5) If the person under review is a body corporate, the notice may require the body to cause an executive officer of the body to appear at the hearing and give evidence to the Committee on behalf of the body corporate.
