Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where a Committee has made a determination in relation to a person, the Chairperson shall, as soon as practicable:
(a) give to the Minister a notice in writing informing the Minister of the terms of the determination and setting out the reasons for the determination; and
(b) give to the person a copy of the notice.
(2) A copy of a notice given to a person under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by a statement in writing to the effect that a person whose interests are affected by the determination may, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , make application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the determination.
(3) Any failure to comply with the requirements of this section in relation to a determination does not affect the validity of the determination.
