HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 23DZZIG

Ministerial determinations of permitted benefits

    The Minister may determine, by legislative instrument, that a specified class of benefits asked for or accepted by, or offered or provided to, a specified class of persons is a permitted benefit.
