Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary of the Department may enter into an arrangement with the National Rural Health Commissioner for the services of APS employees in the Department to be made available to assist the Commissioner.
(2) When performing services for the National Rural Health Commissioner under this section, a person is subject to the directions of the Commissioner.
