Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory and of the Northern Territory.
Note: The Minister must, in certain circumstances, declare that certain provisions of this Act do not apply to the public bodies of a specified State or Territory: see subsection 37(4).
(2) This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
