Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, formulate rules relating to vouchers. The rules are to be known as the voucher rules .
(2) The voucher rules may make provision for the following:
(a) the duration of vouchers;
(b) the replacement of vouchers.
(3) The voucher rules may make provision for or in relation to a matter by conferring a power on the Minister.
(4) Subsections (2) and (3) do not, by implication, limit subsection (1).
