HAZARDOUS WASTE (REGULATION OF EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) ACT 1989 - SECT 41S

Summaries or statistics

    An entrusted person may disclose:

  (a)   summaries of relevant information; or

  (b)   statistics derived from relevant information;

if those summaries or statistics do not enable the identification of a person.
