INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION ACT 1974 - SECT 34

    Other laws relating to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, including the provisions of Parts II and III, do not apply to:

  (a)   a dispute within the jurisdiction of the Centre; or

  (b)   an award under this Part.
