Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsInfrastructure Australia must, in performing its functions and exercising its powers, consult with such of the following as it considers appropriate:
(a) government, commercial, industrial, consumer, academic, professional and other relevant bodies and organisations;
(b) investors in infrastructure and owners of infrastructure.
