INSURANCE ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS ACT 1991 - SECT 35

Interpretation

    In this Part:

"breach of condition offence" means an offence against subsection   41(3).

"conditional go-ahead decision" means a go - ahead decision made under subsection   41(1A).

"divestment order" means an order under section   44.

"go-ahead decision" means a decision under subsection   41(1) or (1A).

"permanent restraining order" means an order under section   43.

"trigger proposal" has the meaning given by section   36.
