"breach of condition offence" means an offence against subsection 55(3).
"conditional go-ahead decision" means a go - ahead decision made under subsection 55(1A).
"divestment order" means an order under section 58.
"go-ahead decision" means a decision under subsection 55(1) or (1A).
"permanent restraining order" means an order under section 57.
"trigger proposal" has the meaning given by section 50.
