Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An Australian carrier to whom a determination allocates capacity may, at any time, apply to the Commission for the determination to be varied.
(2) The application:
(a) must be in writing; and
(b) must specify the variation being requested; and
(c) must be delivered at the address specified in the regulations as the Commission's address for receiving applications.
