Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The staff assisting the Executive Director are to be APS employees in the Department whose services are made available to the Executive Director, by the Secretary, in connection with the performance of any of the Executive Director's functions.
(2) When performing services for the Executive Director, the persons are subject to the directions of the Executive Director.
