Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The rules may prescribe circumstances in which the Executive Director may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, wholly or partly waive fees that would otherwise be payable under a provision of this Act.
(2) A fee that is payable under a provision of this Act must not be such as to amount to taxation.
