Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) There must be a condition that each other party complies with the requirements specified in the agreement about reporting on performance against the performance indicators and performance targets.
(2) This condition may include a requirement to report on performance against the performance indicators in a way that gives data for different geographical regions. This subsection does not limit subsection ( 1).
