Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, if the Secretary considers it appropriate to do so, remit or refund the whole or part of an imported food charge or a late payment fee that is payable, or has been paid, to the Commonwealth.
(2) The Secretary may do so on his or her own initiative or on written application by a person.
