Where particulars of an alteration of the rules of an organisation were filed as described in subsection 139(4) of the previous Act, but the alteration had not been certified under that subsection or otherwise dealt with for the purposes of that subsection, before the commencement, the alteration shall, after the commencement, be dealt with under section 205 of the Industrial Relations Act as if particulars of that alteration had been lodged under that section.
