Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to section 19, if the Attorney - General determines that the person is to be surrendered to the Tribunal, the Attorney - General must issue a warrant for the surrender of the person to the Tribunal.
(2) The surrender warrant must be in writing in the statutory form.
