Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA House of the Parliament may, at any time while a legislative instrument is subject to disallowance, require any document incorporated by reference in the instrument to be made available for inspection by that House:
(a) at a place acceptable to the House; and
(b) at a time specified by the House.
