Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister and a person who has rejected an offer (including a final offer) of compensation under this Part may, by writing, agree to submit the question of the amount of compensation to which the person is entitled to be settled by arbitration or to be determined by an expert.
(2) The amount of compensation payable to the person under this Part is, unless the agreement is revoked, the amount settled by arbitration or determined by the expert.
