LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 - SECT 136

    All instruments, receipts and documents relating to:

  (a)   the acquisition of an interest in land; or

  (b)   land vested, or that has been vested, in the Commonwealth;

may be executed by the Attorney - General for and on behalf of the Commonwealth.
