LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 - SECT 29

  (1)   Subject to subsection   (2), the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 applies in relation to an application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a pre - acquisition declaration.

  (2)   Sections   17, 32, 54 and 105 of that Act do not apply in relation to such an application.
