Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAnything that is done in compliance with a direction under this Act is authorised for the purposes of subparagraph 51(1)(a)(i) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 .
Note: That subparagraph has the effect that anything so done is disregarded in deciding whether a person has contravened Part IV (Restrictive trade practices) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 .
