Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a monitoring warrant is being executed on premises and the occupier of the premises is present, the authorised officer must make a copy of the warrant available to the occupier.
(2) The authorised officer must identify himself or herself to that person.
