MIGRATION AMENDMENT (TEMPORARY SPONSORED VISAS) ACT 2013 - SCHEDULE 3

1   Paragraphs 8107(3)(b) and (3B)(b) of Schedule   8

Omit "28 consecutive days", substitute "90 consecutive days".

2   Application

The amendment of the Migration Regulations   1994 made by item   1 of this Schedul e applies in relation to a visa:

  (a)   that is in force on or after th e commencement of this Schedule; and

  (b)   with effect from the time the visa was granted, whether before , on or after the commencement of this Schedule .
