MY HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2012 - SECT 11

Act to bind the Crown

  (1)   This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

  (2)   This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.

Note:   Subsection   (2) does not limit other rights and remedies.
