MEDICAL INDEMNITY ACT 2002 - SECT 58

    A person is liable to pay a run - off cover support payment for a financial year if:

  (a)   the person is a medical indemnity insurer; and

  (b)   the financial year is a contribution year; and

  (c)   the person is not exempt from the payment under section   59.
