1   Subsection 50(1) (penalty)

Repeal the penalty, substitute:

Penalty:   12 months imprisonment.

2   Subsections 50(2) and (3)

Repeal the subsections.

Part 2 -- Application of amendments

3   Application

The amendments made by this Schedule apply to acts or omissions after the commencement of this Schedule.
