Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAn international agreement or international decision applies to a vessel, installation or aircraft at a particular time if:
(a ) the agreement or decision provides for the exercise of powers by Australia in relation to the vessel, installation or aircraft at that time ; and
(b ) either:
(i) the agreement or decision is prescribed by the regulations; or
(ii) the Minister has approved the exercise of powers und er the agreement or decision in relation to the vessel , installation or aircraft , and the approval has not lapsed .
