MIDWIFE PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY (COMMONWEALTH CONTRIBUTION) SCHEME ACT 2010 - SECT 70

Appropriation

    The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of paying:

  (a)   Level 1 Commonwealth contributions; and

  (b)   Level 2 Commonwealth contributions; and

  (c)   run - off cover Commonwealth contributions.
