MIDWIFE PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY (COMMONWEALTH CONTRIBUTION) SCHEME ACT 2010 - SECT 73

Who is liable to pay the run - off cover support payment?

    A person is liable to pay a run - off cover support payment for a financial year if:

  (a)   the person is an eligible insurer; and

  (b)   the financial year is a contribution year; and

  (c)   the person is not exempt from the payment under section   74.
