MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 - SECT 157

    Section   16 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a)   by omitting paragraph   (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

  "(d)   to sell or otherwise dispose of land or an interest in land;";

  (b)   by omitting paragraphs   (j) and (ka).
