Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The transfer time for a staff member of the Authority for the purposes of this Part is the time the Commonwealth and Newco agree to in writing for the purposes of this section.
(2) If the Commonwealth and Newco agree, the transfer time may be revoked or varied.
