Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Neither section 60 nor 61 prevents the terms and conditions of a post - sale transferee's employment after his or her transfer time from being varied:
(a) in accordance with those terms and conditions; or
(b) by or under a law (including another provision of this Part), award or determination or agreement.
(2) In this section:
"vary" , in relation to terms and conditions, includes:
(a) omitting any of those terms and conditions; or
(b) adding to those terms and conditions; or
(c) substituting new terms or conditions for any of those terms and conditions.
