Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The claimant may make an application to the Board for review of an original determination.
(3) An application for review must:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) set out the reasons for the application; and
(c) be given to the Commission within 12 months after the day on which notice of the determination was given to the person making the application.
