Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission Chair must convene such meetings of the Commission as the Chair considers are necessary for the efficient performance of the Commission's functions.
(2) The Commission Chair must convene a meeting of the Commission within 4 weeks after receiving a written request signed by at least 3 Commission members.
