MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 - SECT 393

Commission may make the claim or take over the claim

    The Commission may:

  (a)   make a claim or a fresh claim in the name of the plaintiff against the defendant for the recovery of damages in respect of the cause of action; or

  (b)   take over the conduct of the existing claim.
