Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A relevant court may grant an interim injunction pending the determination of an application under section 45.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) of this section, a contravention of section 16 is to be taken to have caused immediate and irreparable damage to the applicant.
