Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary must, by written notice given to the offshore facility operator for an Australian ship regulated as an offshore facility, cancel the ISSC for the ship if either of the following occurs:
(a) there is no longer an offshore security plan in force for the ship, or the security regulated offshore facility of which the ship forms a part;
(b) the ship is no longer ISSC verified.
